A physician and dedicated educator, Nadia founded White Coat & Beyond after witnessing firsthand how many brilliant, passionate students had no idea the breadth of careers available to them in medicine. She leads the organization's vision, strategic partnerships, and overall mission direction with a relentless commitment to equity and access.
A former pre-med student turned health communicator, Marcus leads all video production, interview curation, and storytelling at White Coat & Beyond. He believes that the most powerful tool for inspiring students is hearing directly from professionals who've navigated the same crossroads — and he brings that philosophy to every piece of content we create.
A public health researcher and curriculum designer, Preethi architects our nationwide virtual programs and builds partnerships with hospitals, universities, and healthcare organizations across the country. Her work ensures that White Coat & Beyond reaches students who need it most — including those in under-resourced communities with few local mentorship options.
As a current medical student, Jordan bridges the gap between our content team and the students we serve. He coordinates our nationwide Ambassador Network, ensuring that WC&B has a presence on college campuses from coast to coast, and works closely with the content team to ensure our platform stays genuinely relevant and student-centered at every level.
With a background in nonprofit communications, Amara manages our newsletter, social media presence, and community engagement strategy.
